I am an Award-Winning Global Entrepreneur, Global Energy Consultant, Talk Shows Host and Producer, Global executive Mentor & Coach, a 5-times Published Author, International Speaker, Ambassador and women empowerment advocate & champion with a particular. I founded three international ventures and I contribute to several leadership, technical masterminds and Think Tank groups around the world.  I gained my experience working in Africa, Europe, Asia, and Australia. I have lived in and visited more than 30 countries and speak five languages. Known globally for being an inspirational woman who enjoys big challenges, I embody authenticity, leadership, positivism, spiritual strength, and feminine power. I am part of the new wave of women who have embraced spiritual consciousness, mindfulness as well as non-traditional sectors, globalization, innovation, and digital disruption, who dare to think differently, risk high, and dream big. Following the publication of my 2^nd book called <strong><em>“Stepping into your greatness:</em></strong><em> </em><em>Twelve rules for building an outstanding life<strong>”</strong></em> in 2016, I developed the GREATNESS ENGINEERING PROCESS which is now being rolled out globally. The Greatness Engineering Process builds on the <strong>Authentic Leadership Method</strong> called <strong>D.A.R.E</strong> (Decide Act Review Expand) that I also developed. I launched the <strong>Greatness Engineering Movement</strong> in 2018, and started the <strong>Greatness Engineering Hour Show</strong> in 2019 and The Greatness Engineering Magazine in 2020. Through the different platforms I’ve created, my mission is to encourage and inspire individuals to become the best version of themselves and help them to reach self-actualization.
